Here’s some essential information to help you prepare for the EOA Annual Conference 2022.

Travelling to the ACC Liverpool

You’ll find details of how to get to the ACC Liverpool on the website here

The address is Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 4FP.

There are 1450 parking spaces available in the onsite Kings Dock Car Park at the ACC, with accessible bays and electric charging points on every floor. This is within walking distance of all hotels that are booked as part of the EOA conference ticket.

For delegates staying in the following hotels, there are alternative car parks closer to those hotels.

Your hotel and selected conference sessions

You will have received information specifically for you via email, detailing your hotel accommodation and the conference sessions you have booked on.  If you see anything that doesn’t look right in that email or can’t find it, contact the EOA Event team at First Event, our events partner, at [email protected].

Sunday evening

On Sunday evening some of the EOA team and Board Members will be in the Pullman bar from 8pm-9pm. It's very informal. No speeches. Just drop in and say hello if you're around.

Dress code for the Celebration dinner

Dress as you would if you were going out to celebrate!

In previous years we’ve had a real mix – most people dress one step above what they’d wear to work, for some it’s an excuse to bling up! What's most important to us is that you wear what you feel comfortable in.

We ask you consider sustainability when making your outfit choice, so encourage you to wear something you already own, or consider pre-loved clothing.

We are committed to delivering an environmentally friendly event. We’ll only be handing out printed material where essential, using recyclable materials and recycling waste.

We ask that you support this by considering your travel arrangements, wear something you already own or that is pre-loved, or in any other way you can feel you can do your bit.
