Erinch Sahan, Business & Enterprise Lead of Doughnut Economics Action Lab will share the new toolkit with employee-owned businesses, who he touts are the textbook example of the multi-stakeholder governance model to lead successful purpose-driven businesses.
Erinch is the former Chief Executive of the World Fair Trade Organisation, having spent 7 years at Oxfam improving conditions through supply chains and founded Oxfam’s Future of Business Initiative. Erinch also worked at Procter & Gamble as a market strategy manager.
